1. Salvation is the central theme of the Bible
1) Do not neglect such a great salvation

2) Salvation has a past, present and future reality
(1) The act of justification and adoption <Eph 2:8-9>
(2) Promise of Sanctification and Perseverance <1 Co 1:18>
(3) Promise of Glorification <Ro 5:9; 8:23>

3) Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling

2. How do we know we are saved everyday?
1) False and true signs that you are being sanctified daily

2) The grace of perseverance and the burdens for not falling away

3. The life to seek and the life to resist
1) Hindrances to daily salvation that endures
(1) Not in union with Christ
(2) Imagining a new nature that is immune to sin
(3) Seeking to enter into new stage of experience, or a second or third work of grace
(4) There is no permanent carnal Christians, but spiritual Christians with both new identity and utterly defiled. But we must ask the Holy Spirit to open the eyes of our hearts to understand the truth.

2) Renewal flows from intimate fellowship with God and all-persevering prayer
God keeps us praying by promises and warnings

3) Approach your days with redemption
