1. What are prayers for?

1) It is easy to miss the purpose of prayers.

2) God-centered prayer pauses to reflect on His attributes.

3) What is Jesus' power in ministry, drawn from His private communion with God in prayer?

The aim of prayers: God Himself, God His doing, for the Lord to use

 

2. Prayers, for working diligently

1) To perform duty.

2) To complete the work.

3) Training in righteousness

3. How should the "spirit of our prayers" be like that we may enjoy rest?

1) Diligence in order to shake off sloth

* Accustomed to suffer troubles, nothing can stand in the way of getting things done

2) But there is indeed a type of labor that wears one outPs 127:2
