1. Praise Him on the foundation of knowing the Lord

1) Praise the holy name of the Lord and forget not all His benefits <v1-2>

2) Know and praise His redemption <v3-5>

3) Know and praise His righteousness and mercy <v6-10>

4) Know and praise His great compassion <v11-14>

2. Praise the Lord who is above the mortals

1) The temporal nature of man, the eternal nature of God

2) Man will be forgotten, but God remembers

3. Praise the Lord who is above the mighty angels
