1 Chronicles Overview Part 5 - Prepare Building The Temple At Where The Angel's Sword Is About To Kill

Revival happens after the meeting, when the Lord becomes your own teacher. Therefore, check yourselves whether you can see Him working every moment.

Building the temple = advance your individual, family, region, world

1. <1-9> Kingdom citizens (Genealogy of JX) -> Prophet JX

2. <10-12> Level of David's Emmanuel Gospel and Promise -> King JX

3. <13-17> Ark of the Covenant = Tabernacle structure: offering of sacrifices = Crux where JX will be seeded/ revealed -> Priest JX

4. <18-20> All enemies (Inner, Outer) = JX = All problem-solver: problems only becomes our answer, wisdom, testimony and inheritance

5. Making Preparations for Building the Temple <21-29>

* To Be Guided by the Spirit (Ark of the Covenant)

1) Believe the word: Vision, promise, purpose, and wisdom - before yearning for answered prayers (first to seek for answers)

2) Already accomplished: promise (Logos-founded, Rhema-already-accomplished) (even amidst contradictions) -> fulfillment comes naturally

3) Prayer petitions to build our temple: 4G -> surely we will seek for answers (know how to pray)

4) Love God, love men (pushed/forced out of seeing His fulfillments to you)

Warnings all around even from people not with perspective

-> Many spiritual reasons behind (Satan, God's removal of non-blessed people, prepare temple)

-> decide by not directly responding to the problem when God gives us choices understand the God of grief at disciplining

-> Shepherd's repentance for sheep's wrongdoings

* The shifting of the altar

The threshing-floor of Araunah the Jebusite = Mount Moriah = Central of Jerusalem

= The problematic area -> Offer sacrifices / build temple -> quickly grasp and pray now!

-> Prepare your utmost heart to buy the threshing floor for sacrifice at every meeting, knowing the sword is just at the threshing floor.

-> Once sacrifices offered, wrath will stop!

Tabernacle's 5 mysteries

1) 5 offerings

Burnt offering: D&R

Grain offering: Thanksgiving with reasons

Peace offering: Reconciliation

Sin offering: Intercession for sheep

Restitution offering: 120% - God is just and fair

2) Great priest Jesus Christ (Mediator) - can meet God first

3) Most Holy Place (Depth): Perfect will = remove the curtain so that you can go deepest by concentrating

4) Morning and evening: Preserve / mystery of not being weak

5) Passover (Born again), Pentecost (power, courage, wisdom), Feast of Gatherings (Fruits, Testimonies)

Prepare everything (Chapter 22)

-> unlimitedly (the more preparations, the more teachings)

-> extensive for 4G, not only to destroy, but to create/ heal lives

-> for descendants

-> Do not forget, be courageous

* My purpose of family

-> God will surely provide but only when we are ready (we are better than David)

-> Son, begin to build!

Building the temple

= Establishing Levites (grouping, advanced culture, gold-plated/the best): singers, gatekeepers (but go deep inside for the shell to be of great use), treasuries, army (protect temple at all cost)

- Live flippantly <-> build temple as purpose of living

- Entrust (history of God's guidance = God-driven)

- Gifts for Building the Temple: give everything to the church, bless children to be pastors, go home to be with the Lord

- Extreme Praise: The Lord is our Father

Building the temple in 4 gospelization

1. Individual <1Co 3:16> <2Co 4:7-18> <Col 2:6-7>

1) Purpose = RSYRJG -> more established

2) Wisdom = Perfect will -> Increase

3) Heartbeat of God (Love God, love men) -> more depth (even truly compassion/love enemies)

4) God's Reason in All things (Answer) -> more meticulous, concrete

5) Submission -> more thorough

2. Family

1) <Gen 17:1-27> Make covenant: Be perfect before me, be circumcised, make covenant

2) Establishing Relationships <Eph 5:22> Spousal <6:4> Father-son (like the image fixed by God from creation)

3) Ministry-transformed = how much crown in heaven

3. Church <Eph 4:1-16> <Acts 2:41-37> <Acts 11:19-30> Christians (totally like Christ)

1) Same and Different

Same Father, baptism, God, vision, ...

Different gender, age, conditions, timetable, roles. ...

2) Worship -> punctuality timetable

3) Fellowship (Small groups)

4) Equipment

5) Coordination (between ministries, church protocol)

6) Evangelism (mainstream system - God-driven, in gospel)

4. World gospelization <Acts 1:8> <Acts 19:8-22>

1) Discern people with 8 Beatitudes

2) Blessed people's family

3) Message (Emmanuel Message else empty talk)

4) Gather (Come together, amidst hurts/conflicts)

5) 3 years Asia (Penang example)

God tells us to be strong. How does He do it? He used Logos, the loudest microphone, and Rhema, the gentlest whisper, to tell us to be strong.

I have a vision for the people who come to this meeting. Therefore, the words I give to you in this gathering may be a little bit difficult. However, if as youths, you build up the fixed perspective in you, you will be able to use it for your whole life. Remember, the revival does not happen at the meeting, but it happens when you go back to your homes after hearing the message. The Holy Spirit must guide you, and then you can live a correct Christian living. It is not the crux where you can hear and understand the word of God, but it is the crux that when you hear it, you can be guided by the word. Different saints receive the word of God in varying depths, length, width and height. For some saints, they only dwell in the messages received, but some saints receive the word and 10 messages come out from what was received. Therefore, I discover that saints are different by this. Some received grace after the meeting, and from the picture they received, their prayers for their families and companies are converted. There is a certain kind of initiative in them. However, for some, they only receive some light in that meeting. If it only remains as such, the next week they come for the meeting again, the light will only become knowledge. Therefore, I realized that it is the Holy Spirit who really teaches. Though Rev Leechull is my teacher, I discover that his teachings to me only form a skeleton for me to build everything up. Therefore, if you are like this, you are really a disciple. Some people receive 10 years of messages but are unable to have anything. However, some people who are guided by the Spirit can draw a whole picture with just a message. I tell you the truth, if you can understand, have interest and want to continue to receive the messages in this meeting, you are already at the front of saints in this era. Every saint in history receive messages in different depths. Therefore, you must really not put the word of the Lord aside, but ask yourself, "From morning till evening now, have I seen the Lord more concretely? Do I know what He is doing right now in my life? ..." We must really check ourselves. The words I speak to you in 2 seconds can only remain that 2 seconds, but if the Lord teaches you, the 2 seconds can give you 20 messages.

For a saint to be guided by the Holy Spirit, he must

1. Believe (word): Vision, promise, purpose, and wisdom

I know that you have some prayer topics that you really yearn for God to answer. However, I realized that if you are not able to believe in His word, that earnestness is going to press you to death. How can we have the interest to study or put in our efforts in the most honourable work unless we can believe His word? This is not for accomplishing, but it is already accomplished:

2. Already accomplished

We must know the promise well. The Logos must become your foundation, then what Jesus Christ says, "Everything has been accomplished" is already accomplished (Rhema).

3. Prayer (Petition)

If you pray but do not have (1.) and (2.), that is not prayer, but they are the prayers that we hear at the temples of Buddha. However, if you have (1.) and (2.), if you do not pray, you will become dry and chaffed. Our church says, "Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness", and therefore, we do not need to pray as everything has their reason in God. No! Who says so? If you really seek and have the 4 gospelization, you will definitely pray and tell the pastor. When the children become ill, if you pray, you will see what the Lord is doing. If not, the problem will just dry you up. Those who have vision, promise, and purpose will know how to pray.

4. Love God, love men

Then you can love God and men when you receive fulfillments to prayer. If you never receive, you cannot deceive even yourself that you love God and men.

I really hope that the message you receive today will give you creative messages. The messages I speak on Sundays are the same as the messages in America. You can go and listen to the America's message and then to listen to mine, and you will discover that the words I speak are the same, yet fits our fields lively. May it be that you receive creative messages from the word you receive from me!

1 Chronicles Overview

The above 4 points are the Ark of the Covenant in the context of 1 Chronicles. David started to prepare this Ark of the Covenant for the building of the temple.

He prepared the organization of the temple, the roles for construction, the people and structure for the choir, the hierarchy of the army to protect the nation of Israel, for protecting Jerusalem, for protecting the temple, and actually for protecting the Ark of the Covenant in the Most Holy Place. David made preparations so that people could abide by it to meet God.

2 Chronicles is the actual building of the temple. Those, represented by many kings, who abided by this temple, succeeded, and those who did not abide by this temple failed.

Building the temple means that even though my family is not good now, I have the heart to build my family up to become a pleasing aroma to the Lord. Many saints just attend prayer meetings, revival meetings, etc here and there but have no advancement. If this is so, we might as well shut down the church. Christian living must advance. If your child is naughty, it does not matter. But build him up from naughtiness at 8 years old now, and build the temple so that he is different at 12 years old and at 15 years old.

1. <1-9> Kingdom citizens (Genealogy)

This is our genealogy. This is the genealogy of Jesus Christ.

2. <10-12> David -> Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ must come from David, not from the level of Saul. When will Jesus Christ come? We do not know, but since Jesus Christ must come from David, Jesus Christ will come from those who have the Emmanuel gospel and the gospel that spread the gospel till the ends of the world. It is not about involvement in church programs but those who know the promise and are able to fulfill it.

This is the King Jesus Christ.

3. <13-17> Ark of the Covenant (Tabernacle structure: offering of sacrifices)

We will know by the Ark of the Covenant (tabernacle structure) where Christ will come out. Those who have the vision (word), accomplishment (already), wisdom (prayer petitions fulfilled), and the heartbeat (love God, love men) of Jesus Christ have the Ark of the Covenant. David knew in such great depth that Jesus Christ would come out of the promise in Him that he called the Messiah, his descendant, his Lord. Such a person, therefore, abides by the word of God, tests and approves by it, and has victory over all things with it. If you memorize the bible, it may not mean even anything. However, when David prayed to God in the morning and the evening, God revealed to him. All the mysteries of the bible come from the tabernacle.

4. <18-20> All enemies (Inner, Outer)

Everyone gathered around David and made him king. All enemies also made peace with him. All problems are solved through Jesus Christ (Point 1, 2 and 3). Therefore, we say that Jesus Christ is the all-problem solver. We started to say that Jesus is the all-problem solver from 7 years ago. What does it really mean, as it does not mean that our problems will disappear visibly? It means that from the enemies we encounter, we instead receive answer, wisdom, testimony and inheritance.

5. Making Preparations for Building the Temple <21-29>

This is the longest record in 1 Chronicles.

1) Believe word

Similar to David, if we want to build the temple, we must already believe. I believe in His word first, to come to Him. I first believe His word before I meet my problems to seek out His perfect will. I am already blessed and God will definitely bless me since I seek Him to bless my family.

2) Already accomplished

Though there may be a lot of contradictions among our brothers and sisters, I believe first before I talk or counsel them. Look at this, because of belief, people come one by one to the prayer meeting and to the discipleship training.

3) Prayer requests to build the temple

Though it may be like a dead fish 3 years ago for our small groups, some groups become alive now with everyone asking for petitions to be prayed for.

4) Love God, love men

Therefore, we are pushed to love God and men.

Passage Reading: 1 Chronicles 21

1Ch. 21:1 Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census of Israel.

If we have not built the temple, Satan will rise up and incite us. Therefore, we must quickly build the temple.

1Ch. 21:2 So David said to Joab and the commanders of the troops, ÒGo and count the Israelites from Beersheba to Dan. Then report back to me so that I may know how many there are.Ó

This was the pride in David's heart.

1Ch. 21:3 But Joab replied, ÒMay the LORD multiply his troops a hundred times over. My lord the king, are they not all my lordÕs subjects? Why does my lord want to do this? Why should he bring guilt on Israel?Ó

Though Joab was not God-driven, when David told Solomon to settle him, God used Joab to warn David. Though the people around us may not have our perspective, God may use them to warn us.

1Ch. 21:4 The kingÕs word, however, overruled Joab; so Joab left and went throughout Israel and then came back to Jerusalem.

1Ch. 21:5 Joab reported the number of the fighting men to David: In all Israel there were one million one hundred thousand men who could handle a sword, including four hundred and seventy thousand in Judah.

1Ch. 21:6 But Joab did not include Levi and Benjamin in the numbering, because the kingÕs command was repulsive to him.

The number is different from that in 2 Samuel. This showed even more that Joab counted the men without giving much thought.

1Ch. 21:7 This command was also evil in the sight of God; so he punished Israel.

1Ch. 21:8 Then David said to God, ÒI have sinned greatly by doing this. Now, I beg you, take away the guilt of your servant. I have done a very foolish thing.Ó

There are a lot of spiritual reasons why we must gather. Some things do not just happen. In 2 Samuel, David forgave many people after settling Absalom. We do not go and avenge ourselves when someone caused us problems. We go to the Lord first, leave it to the Lord and the Lord will deal with it for us. David left such people to Solomon but events happened so that these un-submissive people must be cut off.

1Ch. 21:9 The LORD said to Gad, DavidÕs seer,

1Ch. 21:10 ÒGo and tell David, `This is what the LORD says: I am giving you three options. Choose one of them for me to carry out against you.ÕÒ

1Ch. 21:11 So Gad went to David and said to him, ÒThis is what the LORD says: `Take your choice:

1Ch. 21:12 three years of famine, three months of being swept away before your enemies, with their swords overtaking you, or three days of the sword of the LORD - days of plague in the land, with the angel of the LORD ravaging every part of Israel.Õ Now then, decide how I should answer

the one who sent me.Ó

If we fall and lose our tooth because of a stone, and we immediately kick the stone, which causes us trouble, we will lose both our tooth and our toe. But the spiritual man knows that he must immediately offer sacrifices after such "unlucky" encounter, "Lord, why has such a blessed child met with this? What do you have to tell me?" He will not directly respond to the problem.

1Ch. 21:13 David said to Gad, ÒI am in deep distress. Let me fall into the hands of the LORD, for his mercy is very great; but do not let me fall into the hands of men.Ó

1Ch. 21:14 So the LORD sent a plague on Israel, and seventy thousand men of Israel fell dead.

1Ch. 21:15 And God sent an angel to destroy Jerusalem. But as the angel was doing so, the LORD saw it and was grieved because of the calamity and said to the angel who was destroying the people, ÒEnough! Withdraw your hand.Ó The angel of the LORD was then standing at the threshing-floor of Araunah the Jebusite.

Actually, the Lord was in sorrow to discipline His children. This is the meaning of being "grieved". Do we know the Lord like this, that He disciplines in sorrows? The threshing-floor of Araunah the Jebusite was the same place where Abraham offered Isaac as sacrifice to the Lord.

1Ch. 21:16 David looked up and saw the angel of the LORD standing between heaven and earth, with a drawn sword in his hand extended over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders, clothed in sackcloth, fell face down.

1Ch. 21:17 David said to God, ÒWas it not I who ordered the fighting men to be counted? I am the one who has sinned and done wrong. These are but sheep. What have they done? O LORD my God, let your hand fall upon me and my family, but do not let this plague remain on your people.Ó

Who is the pastor who will repent, test and approve when his church member falls into weaknesses? Who is the family head that will repent when his family member stumbles? Many just go to saying who is right and who is wrong.

1Ch. 21:18 Then the angel of the LORD ordered Gad to tell David to go up and build an altar to the LORD on the threshing-floor of Araunah the Jebusite.

1Ch. 21:19 So David went up in obedience to the word that Gad had spoken in the name of the LORD.

1Ch. 21:20 While Araunah was threshing wheat, he turned and saw the angel; his four sons who were with him hid themselves.

1Ch. 21:21 Then David approached, and when Araunah looked and saw him, he left the threshing-floor and bowed down before David with his face to the ground.

1Ch. 21:22 David said to him, ÒLet me have the site of your threshing-floor so that I can build an altar to the LORD, that the plague on the people may be stopped. Sell it to me at the full price.Ó

* The threshing-floor of Araunah the Jebusite = Mount Moriah = Central of Jerusalem

= The problematic area -> Offer sacrifices / build temple

Quickly grasp and pray now! Offer sacrifices at the place where you love the world, cannot let go, or always have problems. This is the solution of your problems. Originally, all the sacrifices were at Gibeon, but the temple was shifted to this threshing floor. This is a very great significance. It is the same meaning: the new has come, the old has gone.

1Ch. 21:23 Araunah said to David, ÒTake it! Let my lord the king do whatever pleases him. Look, I will give the oxen for the burnt offerings, the threshing-sledges for the wood, and the wheat for the grain offering. I will give all this.Ó

1Ch. 21:24 But King David replied to Araunah, ÒNo, I insist on paying the full price. I will not take for the LORD what is yours, or sacrifice a burnt offering that costs me nothing.Ó

How can we bring a heart that has no cost to come to the Lord? If we bring such a heart, how will God listen to our prayers? Prepare yourselves to come for every meeting.

1Ch. 21:25 So David paid Araunah six hundred shekels [That is, about 15 pounds (about 7 kilograms)] of gold for the site.

This is quite expensive.

1Ch. 21:26 David built an altar to the LORD there and sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship offerings. [Traditionally peace offerings] He called on the LORD, and the LORD answered him with fire from heaven on the altar of burnt offering.

1Ch. 21:27 Then the LORD spoke to the angel, and he put his sword back into its sheath.

This is so great a problem. The sword was at the threshing floor, ready to curse and destroy.

1Ch. 21:28 At that time, when David saw that the LORD had answered him on the threshing-floor of Araunah the Jebusite, he offered sacrifices there.

Once David offered sacrifices, the wrath stopped.

1Ch. 21:29 The tabernacle of the LORD, which Moses had made in the desert, and the altar of burnt offering were at that time on the high place at Gibeon.

1Ch. 21:30 But David could not go before it to enquire of God, because he was afraid of the sword of the angel of the LORD.

If David went back and offered at Gibeon, the sword would kill again. Therefore, the sacrifices had to be offered at the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.

Tabernacle's 5 mysteries

1) 5 offerings

Burnt offering: cut, skinned, blood drained, etc = turn to God completely = (D&R)

Grain offering: thanksgiving (think about His grace, not empty)

Peace offering: (Reconciliation)

Sin offering: (Intercession because the priest saw that he has sinned)

Restitution offering: 120% (God is just and fair)

2) Great priest Jesus Christ (Mediator)

Through Him, I do not need to be accused, but I can first come and meet God.

3) Most Holy Place (Depth): Perfect will *Curtain

What is the Lord doing in your life now? The curtain represents your desires, lust, etc. If your motives are not removed, worries, frustrations come when you want to concentrate on meetings or be led by the Spirit in your job.

4) Morning and evening: Preserve

Even though you have prayed or covenanted, you will be weak. Therefore, this is the mystery.

5) Passover (Born again), Pentecost (power, courage, wisdom), Feast of Gatherings (Fruits, Testimonies)

Passage Reading: 1 Chronicles 22

1 Then David said, "The house of the LORD God is to be here, and also the altar of burnt offering for Israel."

2 So David gave orders to assemble the aliens living in Israel, and from among them he appointed stonecutters to prepare dressed stone for building the house of God.

Actually, David prepared everything. Solomon only pieced them together.

3 He provided a large amount of iron to make nails for the doors of the gateways and for the fittings, and more bronze than could be weighed. 4 He also provided more cedar logs than could be counted, for the Sidonians and Tyrians had brought large numbers of them to David.

We must really prepare unlimitedly. It is never enough. However much you prepare, you can then teach that much.

5 David said, "My son Solomon is young and inexperienced, and the house to be built for the LORD should be of great magnificence and fame and splendor in the sight of all the nations. Therefore I will make preparations for it." So David made extensive preparations before his death.

For the 4 gospelizations, to be a light for the era of the present churches, we must really make extensive preparations.

6 Then he called for his son Solomon and charged him to build a house for the LORD, the God of Israel. 7 David said to Solomon: "My son, I had it in my heart to build a house for the Name of the LORD my God. 8 But this word of the LORD came to me: 'You have shed much blood and have fought many wars. You are not to build a house for my Name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in my sight. 9 But you will have a son who will be a man of peace and rest, and I will give him rest from all his enemies on every side. His name will be Solomon, and I will grant Israel peace and quiet during his reign.

Building the temple is not only to destroy enemies, but it is to create lives and heal lives.

10 He is the one who will build a house for my Name. He will be my son, and I will be his father. And I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.'

We must have vision in the 21st Century before you can understand these verses.

11 "Now, my son, the LORD be with you, and may you have success and build the house of the LORD your God, as he said you would. 12 May the LORD give you discretion and understanding when he puts you in command over Israel, so that you may keep the law of the LORD your God. 13 Then you will have success if you are careful to observe the decrees and laws that the LORD gave Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged.

These were the same words that were given to Joshua by Moses. Only that you do not forget what you are promised with and the purpose, do not be afraid of anything else.

That day when I celebrated the birthday of my eldest son, he did not know what was happening. I called my household to come and celebrate his birthday because I know that his name is for the word to come to all my family members such that they would come to believe the promise. Without this, there is nothing to talk about.

14 "I have taken great pains to provide for the temple of the LORD a hundred thousand talents of gold, a million talents of silver, quantities of bronze and iron too great to be weighed, and wood and stone. And you may add to them. 15 You have many workmen: stonecutters, masons and carpenters, as well as men skilled in every kind of work 16 in gold and silver, bronze and iron—craftsmen beyond number. Now begin the work, and the LORD be with you."

One talent is 34 kilograms. David prepared an equivalent of 1250 3-tonner army trucks weight of gold, silver, etc. This is the ministry that we must leave behind for our descendants. Some people are humble, but when they become famous, small things can affect them. However, David acquired so much but his eyes were only on the Lord. Sometimes, we think that if we only need 1 tonne of gold for ministry as well as to live and eat. However, we must know that we have much more than David. If we require one billion, God will surely give it to us. I have acquired such an assurance.

17 Then David ordered all the leaders of Israel to help his son Solomon. 18 He said to them, "Is not the LORD your God with you? And has he not granted you rest on every side? For he has handed the inhabitants of the land over to me, and the land is subject to the LORD and to his people. 19 Now devote your heart and soul to seeking the LORD your God. Begin to build the sanctuary of the LORD God, so that you may bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD and the sacred articles belonging to God into the temple that will be built for the Name of the LORD."

May this prayer become ours today!

Building the temple

The importance is not the structure materials. It is what is inside that counts. By building the temple, David actually established the work of the Levites, the full-time ministers.

Levites

These are the people being the church high priest, choice singers, and the ones taking accounts of the treasury.

Passage Reading: 1 Chronicles 23

The Levites

1 When David was old and full of years, he made his son Solomon king over Israel.

2 He also gathered together all the leaders of Israel, as well as the priests and Levites. 3 The Levites thirty years old or more were counted, and the total number of men was thirty-eight thousand. 4 David said, "Of these, twenty-four thousand are to supervise the work of the temple of the LORD and six thousand are to be officials and judges. 5 Four thousand are to be gatekeepers and four thousand are to praise the LORD with the musical instruments I have provided for that purpose."

6 David divided the Levites into groups corresponding to the sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath and Merari.

If you have the chance to look at the old palaces in Taiwan and China, you will know that such culture of having the wood for singing, instruments, etc, existed but later than the time of Solomon's temple. Moreover, the Israelites had the temple covered with gold!

Chapter 25 - Singers

Chapter 26 (i) - Gatekeepers

All these are parts of the building of the temple.

I have said the sisters in this church are beautiful, and the brothers in church have depth. However, it is not enough to be an empty shell, whether beauty outside or depth outside. We must go inside.

Chapter 26 (ii) - Treasuries

Chapter 27 - Army divisions

This was for protecting the temple.

When Solomon registered as a king, he must really have nothing else to do. He only had to piece together and ask for wisdom. May we parents be like David! If we are not in this meeting, we will marry without having careful thoughts and we cannot say some things because of some of our brothers and sisters' timetable. However, if you come for this meeting, I can speak in this area. Many churches just come and have a party, and they only hope that their children can grow up in peace. If my eyes have not opened, I will just be like a barbarian in the church. If I am good, I will be ok, but if not, I will ask the pastor to pray for my family, job, children because they are important. However, in this passage, David had no time to talk about health or about the problems with sickness. If a person at his deathbed still considers whether he has money to give to his children, such a person is either in great curse or that he is a non-believer.

Chapter 28 - Entrust

1 David summoned all the officials of Israel to assemble at Jerusalem: the officers over the tribes, the commanders of the divisions in the service of the king, the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and the officials in charge of all the property and livestock belonging to the king and his sons, together with the palace officials, the mighty men and all the brave warriors.

David did not tell the officers to take care of his son Solomon. But he was so God-driven in entrusting the building of the temple to the officers and Solomon, "Look at how the Lord chose me and us out of the nations, of Israel, of Judah, and of my father's sons. God told me how He would choose Solomon to take over my place. Therefore, I charge you..."

Chapter 29

Gifts for Building the Temple

1 Then King David said to the whole assembly: "My son Solomon, the one whom God has chosen, is young and inexperienced. The task is great, because this palatial structure is not for man but for the LORD God. 2 With all my resources I have provided for the temple of my God—gold for the gold work, silver for the silver, bronze for the bronze, iron for the iron and wood for the wood, as well as onyx for the settings, turquoise, stones of various colors, and all kinds of fine stone and marble—all of these in large quantities. 3 Besides, in my devotion to the temple of my God I now give my personal treasures of gold and silver for the temple of my God, over and above everything I have provided for this holy temple: 4 three thousand talents [b] of gold (gold of Ophir) and seven thousand talents [c] of refined silver, for the overlaying of the walls of the buildings, 5 for the gold work and the silver work, and for all the work to be done by the craftsmen. Now, who is willing to consecrate himself today to the LORD ?"

When David was supposed to go home to be with the Lord, He gave everything to the church and left. I bless you to do this if you can accept. Give all your possessions to the church, and bless your children to be pastors and leave for the heavenly kingdom.

6 Then the leaders of families, the officers of the tribes of Israel, the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and the officials in charge of the king's work gave willingly. 7 They gave toward the work on the temple of God five thousand talents and ten thousand darics of gold, ten thousand talents of silver, eighteen thousand talents of bronze and a hundred thousand talents of iron. 8 Any who had precious stones gave them to the treasury of the temple of the LORD in the custody of Jehiel the Gershonite. 9 The people rejoiced at the willing response of their leaders, for they had given freely and wholeheartedly to the LORD. David the king also rejoiced greatly.

Look, all of them had gone crazy!

David's Prayer

10 David praised the LORD in the presence of the whole assembly, saying,

"Praise be to you, O LORD,

God of our father Israel,

from everlasting to everlasting.

Even though the new covenant had not come, David called the Lord, Father, already.

Building the temple in 4 gospelization

Before ending, I give to you this very important picture to build the temples for the 4 areas:

1. Individual <1Co 3:16> <2Co 4:7-18> <Col 2:6-7>

1) Purpose = RSYRJG

If you do not have this, do not serve the Lord. No matter what conditions you may have, gather this purpose.

-> More established

2) Wisdom = Perfect will

-> Increase

3) Heartbeat of God (Love God, love men)

-> Deep

You can even love enemies.

4) God's Reason in All things (Answer)

-> Meticulous, concrete

5) Submission

-> Thorough

* When more is received

2. Family

1) <Gen 17:1-27> Make covenant: Be perfect before me, be circumcised, make covenant

After making covenant, then you can talk about having relationships.

2) Establishing Relationships <Eph 5:22> Spousal <6:4> Father-son

For spousal relationships, husbands must be like husbands, and wives must be look like wives, as fixed by the Lord by creation's principle. Otherwise, this is not appropriate, and this will affect the children.

3) Ministry-transformed

This process is very important. The extent to which your family is ministry-transformed, the extent your crown will be in heaven.

3. Church <Eph 4:1-16> <Acts 2:41-37> <Acts 11:19-30> Christians (totally like Christ)

1) Same and Different

We must know that there are definitely same and different things in church. Absolutely, we must have the same Father, same Baptism, same God, same vision, etc. However inside the church, brothers and sisters are different. Everyone's conditions, timetable, and roles are different.

2) Worship

Our worship is getting more blessed, but we still have much to be punctual.

3) Fellowship (Small groups)

4) Equipment

5) Coordination

I see that the coordination of the Sunday school teachers is good. There will be a lot of coordination work in other areas also. There are some divisions in the churches of this era because they think that others will affect their ministry.

The pastor should come last as all should be prepared before he comes. And he should be the first to leave. The church shall have the best protocol. However, this is not following the world. Our church are all around the same age, so there is no need.

6) Evangelism (System - God-driven)

Evangelism shall be done to by the mainstream. We are of around the same age. So if there is no gospel, it is impossible that I become your pastor.

4. World gospelization <Acts 1:8> <Acts 19:8-22>

1) Discern people with 8 Beatitudes

2) Blessed people's family

3) Message

How do we acquire such a family like Lydia? This is by the Emmanuel message. If not, everything is an empty talk. Therefore, towards the fishermen and towards the prostitutes, Jesus Christ had the messages.

4) Gather (Come together)

Those who want to be healed and those who want to earn great money come, but who are those who want to meet the personality of Jesus Christ? For new people who come, they may think that our church has nice people. However, if we come together, we will meet with each other's weaknesses.

5) 3 years Asia

Penang ministry was opened this way.
