1 Kings Overview Part 2 – Definite Accomplishment of Wisdom Through Inheriting The Correct Faith (4G 5M)
The stories of Abraham, Moses, the success and failure of Israel, and the life of Jesus Christ have all been revealed in the bible. The most successful person is not the one who stands on the pulpit with thousands in the congregation, but the one who has the already accomplished message of God. If we grasped the vein of the bible, we will be able to see the world with this. I enjoy the most when I sit in the small room of mine praying, ÒLord, you have given me the greatest message blessedly in this small room.Ó
1) Purpose (Abraham) = 4 Gospelizations
I = Abraham
I = Family
I = Spiritual descendants
I = one generation
The above is the principle of a believer.
2) Method (Moses) = 5 Mysteries = Books of the Law (Fixed Perspective)
When am I liberated in a moment? When the plaques that are so big and serious cannot be solved, the blood of Jesus can. Therefore
Exodus (Born again) - with this, you hate the ways of the world.
Be quiet, See - Do you like to be quiet? Though I was not born this way, but because I am born again, if I am met with certain situations in church, I will choose to be quiet.
Tabernacle
Pillar of cloud and fire - high priest blow trumpet
Testify (Canaan)
This is the principle (fundamentals).
When brothers and sisters tell me that their problems have been solved, I will think what problems they will next encounter. This is because GodÕs purpose is to use them since their problems have been solved. (Of course, GodÕs purpose is to use them if their problems have not been solved also.) If you have not left this principle, even if you become a beggar, you have not failed. If one does not have this principle, the good character that one strives to be Òas a ChristianÓ has no value. DavidÕs character is based on these principles. Carnal Christians are Christians who do not live central to these 2 principles.
This week, my whole family fell sick. We must not rely on feelings to understand the plan of God, but from fixed perspective. If the preacher has received greater authority, it is definite that God wants him and his whole family to be more watchful.
History: David
Future: Books of prophets (17)
Testimony: Books of Poetry (5)

Jesus ChristÕs accomplishment

12 apostles (Church epistles)
Gospel, personality (GodÕs body = Church, Ephesians), pastoring (1 Corinthians, Titus), testimony (Philippians, Philemon, James, 1, 2 Thessalonians, 2 Corinthians - PaulÕs testimony of apostleship), discernment, future
However, only after over tens of years after Joshua, Israel became very weak. God used a weak woman, Ruth, who was a Gentile. Then God again used a woman, Hannah. Samuel (1Samuel, 2Samuel) was raised for the sake of David. 1Kings, 2Kings (the ways of David) - Solomon failed not because of women, but because he did not follow the ways of David. In 2Kings, Israel was split into northern Israel (19, all evil kings) and Judah (12 evil kings, 8 good kings). In BC 722, Israel was brought away and inter-marriage resulted in Israel not being a pure breed any more. In BC 586, Judah was exiled, not destroyed but the stump is left. If you are weak, you must check your life. If your life is blessed, you will not be destroyed. Though you may be exiled in the world, you will not be destroyed. There were no stones left one above another when Jerusalem was destroyed. However, Judah was not destroyed. The second temple was rebuilt when King Zerubabel returned. King Herod rebuilt the third temple. If you read DavidÕs story like ÒDavid did everything for God, thus God rewarded him, yet when he sinned, God disciplined himÓ, you have just read partially and have misunderstood GodÕs meaning. This is the disaster of this era. But God is the Director and we must read what God wants to do in a man. 95% of this age of believers and preachers do not know this. Therefore believers will always be weak, and since everyone cannot do so, they all have loved the world. If we see, God is going to hand the world over to you. Many seem to have been healed, but they are actually burying themselves in ministry. May what I express be understood! If we do not build our belief this way, wind and water will beat us to our downfall. In 1 Chronicles and 2 Chronicles, it is a look back, and there is no need anymore to write about the mixed breed of Northern Israel. I am not saying that our church is the only true breed. There are many like us.
Passage Reading: 1 Kings 9:1-9
1Kg. 9:1 When Solomon had finished building the temple of the LORD and the royal palace, and had achieved all he had desired to do,
1Kg. 9:2 the LORD appeared to him a second time, as he had appeared to him at Gibeon.
Gibeon is the place Solomon began his ministry. He offered 1000 lambs there.
1Kg. 9:3 The LORD said to him: ÒI have heard the prayer and plea you have made before me; I have consecrated this temple, which you have built, by putting my Name there for ever. My eyes and my heart will always be there.
1Kg. 9:4 ÒAs for you, if you walk before me in integrity of heart and uprightness, as David your father did, and do all I command and observe my decrees and laws,
This is the meaning of 4 gospelizations and 5 mysteries. God is not deceived when a person said he has served a lot through Campus Crusade, Varsity Christian Fellowship, etc but not have lived central to a church as a group in accomplishing vision together.
1Kg. 9:5 I will establish your royal throne over Israel for ever, as I promised David your father when I said, `You shall never fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.Õ
1Kg. 9:6 ÒBut if you or your sons turn away from me and do not observe the commands and decrees I have given you and go off to serve other gods and worship them,
1Kg. 9:7 then I will cut off Israel from the land I have given them and will reject this temple I have consecrated for my Name. Israel will then become a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples.
1Kg. 9:8 And though this temple is now imposing, all who pass by will be appalled and will scoff and say, `Why has the LORD done such a thing to this land and to this temple?Õ
1Kg. 9:9 People will answer, `Because they have forsaken the LORD their God, who brought their fathers out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshipping and serving them — that is why the LORD brought all this disaster on them.ÕÒ
Therefore this word should be the benchmark of all happenings.
We must not look down on ourselves. If you are willing to continue to ÒpasteÓ yourself into these principles always, if you fall into weakness, or meet with great problems, you have no worries. Just receive freedom and be liberated. Do not be like a ÒgirlÓ of always being pushed around by problems. I live my Christian life this way, so that I am bold in every step.
God used 39 kings to prove, that there are no exceptions to holding the 4G/5M foundation. If you have not held on like this, even with 39,000 examples, you will fall.
The content of 1Kings:
1. The Success of Solomon <1-10> = The principle of success of saints
2. The Failure of Solomon = the principle of failure of saints
3. The Division of Kingdom = No Òone Father, one Lord, one Spirit, one Body, one baptism, one vision, one methodÓ = No 4G / 5M
The quarrels between a couple are not because of particular situation that happens between them. But it is that right from the start, there is no unity of Òone Father, one Lord, one Spirit, one Body, one baptism, one vision, one methodÓ. This is in fact the problem of the whole world.
4. Ahab and Elijah: God had His works
5 Central Messages
(1) IsraelÕs successes and failures (Solomon)
(2) God never abandons us, but is always merciful
We must not study predestination, like God has already predestined the failure of northern Israel. God is always waiting. We read this with the understanding that we are often weak also, but God is ever merciful towards us.
(3) Remnant: Elijah & Elisha
God left His Holy Seed behind. Elisha did not perform as great things as Elijah, but his spiritual eyes were opened. Elijah and Elisha came about during the worst times. Jesus Christ is the one who holds the 3 positions, prophet, priest and king.
(4) Israel & Gentile forces
If you have been attacked greatly all around, just be quiet before the Lord. God will quickly settle it.
(5) ManÕs kingdom is not complete: eternal king
Since the beginning, man had fell. The lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh and the pride of life are the same temptations that Jesus faced.
1. The Success of Solomon <1-10> = The principle of success of saints
1) Inherit David: Abraham, Moses, David, Jesus Christ
We must confirm if we are the one who inherited the same as what Abraham, Moses, David, and Jesus Christ inherited. How do we know? By Galatians 3:29, we inherit through our death and resurrection with Christ. Here, we learn a lesson:
(1) God does not support if you are not chosen
Abiathar could not be priest, as already vouched by God, as he came from Eli. Therefore David (which means God) removed him. Adonijah wanted to become king, but it could not be accomplished. Man is blessedly loved and chosen by God, and he cannot choose his own path. Adonijah and Absalom were handsome and looked like kings, but they were not the chosen ones, and even if Adonijah is the firstborn. If your position, as a preacher, elder or deacon, is not chosen by God, your ministry will be tiring as hell. This is because no one below you will understand you, and much will be demanded from you by the pastor.
(2) David anoints
Abishag was given to David, but David was too old. Adonijah made himself king. This means that the king had already become useless in the sight of Israel. Therefore, the anointing of king must be done through the anointed one. Adonijah asked for Abishag, and it was very easy to see that he had lost the perspective as he looked down on David. Joab and Abiathar both lost their perspectives. Therefore God cut them off. For us who serve as deacons, we must not lose this perspective, being chosen by God to serve in this church.
(3) DavidÕs charge to Solomon
Decrees: Passover, Pentecost
Commandments: Love
Law: Holiness
(4) The self destruction of Adonijah, Joab, Shimei
2) Sacrifice 1,000 lambs
When we were to become deacons the next day, did we come before God, do the sacrifice and ask for wisdom? Wisdom comes from meeting God through His promise. Did you meet God? This means that you have used GodÕs promise to see your past, present, and future. It does not happen that your IQ goes from 100 to 200 suddenly, but knowing God is the beginning of all wisdom.
Those who have formatted from the 4G 5M will have wisdom in all things. We may not need to bear children in order to understand all parents. Christians win over the world by having depth in their own work so that what they know extends beyond what they should have known in their work. Then, seeing that they have depth, people will come to them to ask of things other than their expertise. This is the Wisdom of Solomon. Those who have wisdom do not talk about the small little things. To talk to people in high positions, we must go to their levels, know what they have gone through, and understand them first.
3) Build temple
My life is the temple. Solomon understood God that He did not stay in the temple. IsraelÕs eyes were always small, and could not understand this. Solomon understood that this is about the life of man. Those who have formatted his life will not bring his own bias to another person even if his friend is our enemy. After I discipline, I can immediately comfort. This is because I can manage through formatting. This is possible.
The following will definitely happen:
Confirm (Who am I?)
->
Meet God
->
Wisdom System
->
Build Temple (Prayer)
