|
耶和华说：「我曾爱你们。」你们却说：「你在何事上爱我们呢？」耶和华说：「以扫不是雅各的哥哥吗？我却爱雅各，
|
|
|
I have loved you, saith Jehovah. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob`s brother, saith Jehovah: yet I loved Jacob;

|
恶以扫，使他的山岭荒凉，把他的地业交给旷野的野狗。」
|
|
|
but Esau I hated, and made his mountains a desolation, and [gave] his heritage to the jackals of the wilderness.
|
|
1:4
|
以东人说：「我们现在虽被毁坏，却要重建荒废之处。」万军之耶和华如此说：「任他们建造，我必拆毁；人必称他们的地为『罪恶之境』；称他们的民为『耶和华永远恼怒之民』。」
|
|
|
Whereas Edom saith, We are beaten down, but we will return and build the waste places; thus saith Jehovah of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and men shall call them The border of wickedness, and The people against whom Jehovah hath indignation for ever.

|
你们必亲眼看见，也必说：「愿耶和华在以色列境界之外被尊为大！」
|
|
|
And your eyes shall see, and ye shall say, Jehovah be magnified beyond the border of Israel.
|

|
「藐视我名的祭司啊，万军之耶和华对你们说：儿子尊敬父亲，仆人敬畏主人；我既为父亲，尊敬我的在那里呢？我既为主人，敬畏我的在那里呢？你们却说：『我们在何事上藐视你的名呢？』
|
|
|
A son honoreth his father, and a servant his master: if then I am a father, where is mine honor? and if I am a master, where is my fear? saith Jehovah of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?

|
你们将污秽的食物献在我的坛上，且说：『我们在何事上污秽你呢？』因你们说，耶和华的桌子是可藐视的。
|
|
|
Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar. And ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of Jehovah is contemptible.
|
|

|
你们将瞎眼的献为祭物，这不为恶吗？将瘸腿的、有病的献上，这不为恶吗？你献给你的省长，他岂喜悦你，岂能看你的情面吗？这是万军之耶和华说的。
|
|
|
And when ye offer the blind for sacrifice, it is no evil! and when ye offer the lame and sick, it is no evil! Present it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee? or will he accept thy person? saith Jehovah of hosts.

|
「现在我劝你们恳求神，他好施恩与我们。这妄献的事，既由你们经手，他岂能看你们的情面吗？这是万军之耶和华说的。
|
|
|
And now, I pray you, entreat the favor of God, that he may be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he accept any of your persons? saith Jehovah of hosts.

1:10
|
甚愿你们中间有一人关上殿门，免得你们徒然在我坛上烧火。万军之耶和华说：我不喜悦你们，也不从你们手中收纳供物。
|
|
|
Oh that there were one among you that would shut the doors, that ye might not kindle [fire on] mine altar in vain! I have no pleasure in you, saith Jehovah of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.
|
|
1:11
|
万军之耶和华说：从日出之地到日落之处，我的名在外邦中必尊为大。在各处，人必奉我的名烧香，献洁净的供物，因为我的名在外邦中必尊为大。
|
|
|
For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name [shall be] great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense [shall be] offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name [shall be] great among the Gentiles, saith Jehovah of hosts.
|
|
1:12
|
你们却亵渎我的名，说：『耶和华的桌子是污秽的，其上的食物是可藐视的。』
|
|
|
But ye profane it, in that ye say, The table of Jehovah is polluted, and the fruit thereof, even its food, is contemptible.
|
|
1:13
|
你们又说：『这些事何等烦琐！』并嗤之以鼻。这是万军之耶和华说的。你们把抢夺的、瘸腿的、有病的拿来献上为祭。我岂能从你们手中收纳呢？这是耶和华说的。
|
|
|
Ye say also, Behold, what a weariness is it! and ye have snuffed at it, saith Jehovah of hosts; and ye have brought that which was taken by violence, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye bring the offering: should I accept this at your hand? saith Jehovah.

|
行诡诈的在群中有公羊，他许愿却用有残疾的献给主，这人是可咒诅的。因为我是大君王，我的名在外邦中是可畏的。这是万军之耶和华说的。
|
|
|
But cursed be the deceiver, who hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the Lord a blemished thing; for I am a great King, saith Jehovah of hosts, and my name is terrible among the Gentiles.
